Our Process:
At Navigatir Communications we believe in taking the client step by step throughout all the stages in the design process to develop a solution best suited for them. This way we keep everyone on track with the road ahead.
Stage1: Initial Meeting. Consultation.
Here at the beginning stage we meet with you to learn more about your company, strengths, benefits and its product or service. Find out exactly who your client is and what is the overall out come they would like to achieve. We also look at your competition and their offerings. What is covered in this stage includes:
- Determining/understanding your needs and marketing objectives
- Understanding the message to be conveyed to your clients
- Discuss materials and resources available. (Content, photos, logo, etc)
- Timelines
Stage 2: Research & Quotation
From the initial consultation, we will put together a complete recommendation and price structure based on the design and supplier costs. If applicable, this stage includes:
- Finding pricing from Suppliers (Printers, Web Hosts. etc)
- Project Coordination and timeline structure
- Media availabilities and recommendations
- Development of a site map (For Web Design projects only)
- Fine tune needs and deliverables
Stage 3: Concept Development:
Once there is a clear understanding of the project and what is involved, we can proceed with initial concepts knowing we are all heading in the right direction. At this stage we will show you a few designs to gather your feedback. The purpose of this stage is to:
- Reflect how design meets your communication message
- Gathering of Materials and available resources
- Fine tune any revisions needed on initial designs
- Sign Off
Stage 4: Production
Here is where the finalized art is produced to your satisfaction. For a web design project, is where all the content and graphics are put into place to make the whole site. For a print related project, here is where the final proofs are created. From this stage the artwork is sent to any needed supplies such as a printer to mass-produce the creative piece. This stage also includes:
- Any needed revisions and fine-tuning.
- Final approval of design.
- Checking technical specifications of suppliers.
- Coordinate timelines with suppliers.
- Coordinating delivery of the creative piece.
Submission to search engines (For web design projects)
Stage 5: Follow up. Feedback. Measurement.
The final stage is to see the effectiveness of the design piece and your overall satisfaction.
